Tips

Kalau suka pedas, boleh tambahkan sedikit sos cili ke dalam sos spaghetti anda.

Ingredients

1 biji bawang kuning/ holland
3 ulas bawang putih
1 paket daging kisar ramly
1 botol sos spaghetti tradisional prego
1 paket mix vegetables
1/2 paket cendawan kering (direndam air panas & toskan)
3-4 batang sosej
3-4 sudu olive oil/ minyak masak
1 paket spaghetti

Instructions

Rebus spaghetti sehingga lembut di dalam periuk berisi air yang ditambahkan olive oil & sedikit garam. Tos dan ketepikan.

Potong dadu bawang kuning dan bawang putih. Tuangkan 2-3 sudu olive oil ke dalam periuk dan gorengkan bawang sehingga keemasan.

Setelah bawang sedikit garing, masukkan daging kisar dan kacau supaya daging tidak terlalu berketul.

Setelah daging masak, masukkan sos spaghetti tradisional Prego. Tambahkan sedikit air. Biarkan mendidih.

Masukkan sosej yang telah dipotong serong, mixed vege, cendawan kering (direndamkan di dalam air panas terlebih dahulu dan toskan), tomato & sedikit garam ke dalam sos spaghetti tadi (sesuaikan rasa masam & masin mengikut selera anda).
