Lebihkan bwh merah kalau masak sambal..supaya terbit rasa manis drpd bwg itu sendiri bukannya gula.

Ingredients

1/2 kg kerang-sudah direbus dan dibuang kulit
5 ulas bwg merah-kisar
2 ulas bwg putih-kisar
1 inci halia-kisar
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar cili boh
1/2 cwn air
Sikit je air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Panas sedikit minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau.

Perasakan dengan gula dan garam..kalau nampak terlampau kering, boleh masukkan air kacau2 hingga kuat sedikit pekat..tutup api SIAP!
