This is classic Italian appetizer is a perfect way to capture the flavors of garden ripened tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil. Think of it as summer on toast!

Tips

I had replace olive oil to mayonnaise because for me using olive oil is quite oily as this is non bake version.
The original recipe is using fresh basil and skipped the mayonnaise.

Ingredients

1 medium size tomato-diced*
1 clove garlic-grated*
A dash dried basil*
A knob butter
2 tbsp mayonnaise*

Grill both sided of Baguette with butter until golden brown.
