Ingredients

500 gm lala
10 tangkai cili kering - potong serong
4 ulas bawang putih - cincang
1 labu bawang merah - cincang
2 tangkai daun kari
1 peket udang kering
3 sudu besar sos tiram
Secukupnya garam
Secubit gula
2 sudu serbuk kari - bancuh dgn sedikit air
Secukupnya minyak

Panaskan minyak. Masukkan cili kering. Kemudian masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, daun kari dan udang kering.
