1 liter air
Untuk Menyediakan Kuah
1/2 ekor ayam
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 cm halia
3 batang serai
1 cmb ketumbar
1 cmb jintan manis
1 keping asam keping
Secukup rasa garam
1 liter air
Untuk Menyediakan Sambal Kicap
9 biji cili padi
1 ulas bawang putih
1/4 cawan kicap manis
3 cmb air panas
Bahan Hiasan
2 tangkai daun sup
1/2 cawan bawang goreng
100 g taugeh
1 ikat suun goreng
50 g kacang tanah goreng
