300ml susu segar
10g yis
100g butter
3tbsp gula kastor
1 biji telur (a)
Secubit garam

100g gula kastor
100g tepung gandum
4 biji telur (a)
1 tsp esen vanila
2 tbsp nescafé
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Filling
Secukupnya butter / inti coklat
Topping
Secukupnya chocolate rice / chocolate chips / almond slice

Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang. Kemudian Masukkan telur satu persatu. Masukkan cocoa powder, Nescafé dan tepung. Kacau sebati.

Masukkan butter, Yis, gula dan tepung. Uli sebati. Masukkan susu dan garam. Uli doh sehingga menjadi doh dan uli lagi selama 15min.
