Pisang yang digunakan mestilah betul-betul masak & lembik supaya kuat rasa pisang & muffin lebih lembap.

Ingredients

8 biji pisang berangan
3/4 cawan gula pasir
1 biji telur
1/2 cawan mentega cair
1 3/4 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan chocolate chips
1 cmt baking powder
1 cmt baking soda
