i always envy people who know hot to make bread & butter pudding. at first i thought it was hard but when i went through the ingredients, and I gave it a go. very easy & simple. I dont like it too eggy thus the amount of eggs. this is one of the product i have when i first started my baking business. people love it. and of course my husband.

Tips

be creative with this pudding, u can add pecan/walnuts/almonds

Dry Ingredients
8 slices butterscotch bread (cut in half)
1 tbsp golden raisins
1 tbsp choc chip
20 g cold butter (cubed)
Wet Ingredients
2 cups full cream milk
2 egg (c size)
1/2 cup sugar
Garnish
1/2 cup milo

Cut the bread into any size you like, put in the oven proof container
