10 ekor sotong
10 ekor udang
250g cendawan tiram
8 biji tomato ceri
Sebiji (hiris) bawang holland
3 ulas (hiris) bawan putih
Seinci (hiris) halia
Sebatang (ketuk) serai
3 helai daun limau
2 sudu makan jus limau nipis
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya serbuk perasa
Sedikit daun ketumbar
Secukupnya air

Tumiskan bawang putih dan halia hingga naik bau kemudian masukkan air.
