Buying ready made garlic spread or even garlic bread itself is definitely easier but nothing beats the real thing. Plus it's a whole lot more naturale! Just rub halved garlic bulbs on the buttered surface of your toasted bread and voila! You have some sans preservatives, homemade garlic bread!
Want more of that garlic punch? Not a problem! Just spread some very finely pureed (blended super fine) garlic onto the buttered bread BEFORE toasting them. This way you'll 'seal' all the garlicky flavors in the bread! Hope my #izzytips help!
