Sometimes cupcakes yang kering bukan kerana resipi, overmixing atau suhu ketuhar yang tak sekata tetapi oleh sebab sesuatu semudah tak mengeluarkan cupcakes cepat-cepat dari loyang :))

Never leave your cupcakes in the pan once they're done. The residual heat will continue to cook them, resulting in dry cupcakes. Cool them down on a wire rack instead. If the recipe is right, you should get moist and fluffy cupcakes!
