Tips

1. Kalau nak gantikan roti gardenia dengan french loaf, sweet bun atau apa saje jenis roti ikut citarasa.

2. Nak gantikan gula dengan gula perang pon sedap.

Ingredients

Bahan Choc On Top Bread Pudding
1 bungkus kecil roti gardenia
500 ml susu segar dutch lady
1/2 tin susu cair
10 sudu gula
10 biji telur
1 sudu kecil essen vanilla
100 gm butter
100 gm milk chocolate
Bahan Vanilla Sauce
1+1/2 tin susu cair
5 sudu gula
4 sudu tepung kastard
1 sudu essen vanilla
