Saya pakai periuk supaya kek tak nampak besar tapi tinggi.
Jangan lebihkan pisang nanti kek tak naik.

3/4 cwn gula halus
1 sudu besar ovallete
1 cwn minyak jagung
2 sudu kecil esen vanilla
2 sudu besar susu pekat
4 bj pisang
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil sida bikarbonat
1 sudu kecil baking powder
2 sudu besar serbuk koko

Pukul telur sehingga kembang. Masukkan ovallete, esen vanilla, gula, minyak jagung. Pukul sampai putih berkrim.
