5 (you may add more if u want to) | bird chilli (cili api) |
3 | kaffir lime leaves (daun limau purut) |
3 tablespoons | tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons | chilli sauce |
3 tablespoons | fish sauce |
2 tablespoons | lime juice |
1/4 cup | water |
Adjust to your liking | salt & sugar |
For garnishing | coriander/chives |
Cut the Lobster/Crabs into half
Heat up the cooking oil and add the onions and ginger. Wait until they turned a bit brown

Add chili paste and cook for 10 minutes, then add carrots, sauces, lime juice and water

When the carrots are half-cooked, add lobster/crabs, bird chilli and kaffir lime leaves. Stir them occasionally and cook them for 10-15 minutes.
