Soak the Korea glass noodle first

Ingredients

500 g beef
1/4 pack korea glass noodle
1/2 carrot
Few spring onion
2 clove grated garlic
To taste korean soy sauce
To taste salt
A dash pepper
2 bowl hot rice
1/4 cup water
