200 gram tempe
10 batang cili kering
1 keping asam keping
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang puting
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa gula
Untuk menggoreng & menumis minyak

Basuh bersih kentang dan dibuang kulit. Potong ubi kentang dam tempe mengikut cita rasa
