Lapisan Atas/dadih :
3 cawan santan pekat
1/4 cawan tepung beras
2 1/2 sudu besar tepung hoen kwee
3/4 sk garam
2 helai daun pandan - disimpul

Satukan bahan2 lapisan bawah,tambah sedikit pewarna kuning dan masak hingga pekat.
