Tips

-Untuk mengelakkan gula caramel menjadi hangus dan pahit, guna api perlahan dan biar sampai gula keperangan. jangan guna api besar.

Ingredients

Bahan Caramel
3/4 cawan gula
1/4 cawan air
Bahan Cream Caramel
3 sudu tepung jagung
2 sudu tepung kastard
3+1/2 cawan air
10 gm serbuk agar
1 tin susu cair
1/2 tin susu manis
1 sudu esen vanilla

Memula kita buat caramel dulu. Masukkan gula & 1/4 cwn air. Masak sampai gula jadi perang, bukan hitam! Tuang dlm acuan.

Then kita buat pudding. Masukkan tepung jagung, tepung custard,3 1/2 cwn air, & serbuk agar2 dlm periuk. Masak guna api kecil. Kacau hingga mendidih.

Then masukkan susu cair, tin susu manis & esen vanilla. Kacau lagi. Tutup api.

Tapis kan adunan puding ke dalam loyang caramel tadi. Tapis taw utk hasil yg x berbutir. Biar sejuk dulu then baru masuk peti. Siap!
