Sedikit kicap cair
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya daging (dihiris nipis)
Secukupnya fishcake (dihiris nipis)
3 inci halia (dihiris nipis-nipis)
3 sudu besar sos tiram
2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
1 biji bawang merah (dimayang halus)
1 1/2 sudu makan kicap pekat
2 biji telur-dipukul

Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan keutiau bersama sedikit kicap cair sebentar. Angkat dan asingkan.
