Tips

Beli ja minyak sapi cow & calf.. Dia murah sedikit. Kedua, gula tu kalau nk kurang manis, kurangkan gula. Jangan pakai gula kastor. Ketiga, tepung gandum tu buh agak2 ja.. Sy guna seperti yg tertulis.. Yg penting x keras doh dia. Mmg agak susah sikit nak buat bulat-bulat.

Ingredients

1 cawan minyak sapi (tidak perlu dicairkan)
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
1 cawan gula icing - rujuk tips
1/2 sudu kecil soda bicarbonat
1/2 sudu kecil garam
19 sudu besar + 1/2 sudu besar tepung gandum. (agak2 shj, doh agak2 lembut) tepung gandum - rujuk tips

Sebatikan minyak sapi + gula icing. Kemudian masukkan garam. Sebatikan juga.

Masukkan baking powder dan soda bicarbonat kemudian diikuti tepung gandum. Tepung gandum buh sedikit demi sedikit. Jgn keras sudah.
