5 sudu gula
2 + 1/2 cawan air
2 paket yis mauripan
1 kg tepung gandum
5 sudu marjerin
2 sudu baking powder
1 sudu kecil garam
1 kg minyak
Secukupnya gula halus

Bancuh air, gula dan susu manis. Panaskan sekejap dalam periuk. Bila dah mendidih kecil terus tutup api. Biar suam.

Bila dah suam, masukkan yis dan kacau. Tutup periuk biar berbuih mengembang 15 ke 20 minit.

Sementara itu, dlm mangkuk besar, gaul tepung, garam, baking powder dan marjerin menggunakan hujung jari sampai jadi serbuk roti. Buat lubang.

Tuang adunan yis yg berbuih di tgh lubang dan kacau sebati. Gaul hingga menjadi doh. Tutup dgn tuala lembap biar 20 ke 30 minit, suhu bilik suam.

Bila doh naik 2x ganda, tumbuk2 doh dan uli sekejap. Sapu loyang dgn sedikit minyak. Ambil sedikit adunan dan bulat2 kan. Buat lubang seperti donut.
