Ingredients

1 kg ketam
300 gm santan
2btg serai(dititik)
6 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1 sudu besar cili boh
10 gm asam jawa
Secukupnya garam dan gula
2 sudu besar minyak masak

Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar bawang merah,bawang putih dan halia.
