1 bungkus kueh teow
100g isi ayam
10ekor udang
5ekor sotong
1 batang fish cake
1/2 cup taugeh
3sudu besar cili kisar
3biji bawang merah
2ulas bawang putih
10 biji cilipadi
1 sudu kecil ikan bilis
5sudu besar kicap
3audu besar sos cili
1 biji telur
Secukup rasa garam
1 sudu besar paste tom yam
2 helas (dihiris) daun limau

Tumbuk cili padi, bawang merah, bawang putih dan ikan bilis. Tumis bahan yg ditumbuk bersama cili kisar dan paste tom yam sehingga naik bau.
