Tips

- Utk mengelakkan getah pisang melekat, sila siang pisang muda tadi dibawah aliran air paip yg perlahan
- cili api asal memang tak letak bwg tapi since dr dulu chek masak letak bwg & saya suka rasanya so resepi itu diteruskan.

Ingredients

1 sikat (7 biji) pisang kapas muda
1 mangkuk santan pekat
10 biji cili api*
3 ulas bawang merah*
1 ulas bawang putih*
10 ekor ikan bilis - bielah dua & dibersihkan
Secukupnya garam
1 kepung asam gelugur
1/2 inci kunyit *
Secubit serbuk lada hitam

Pisang dibersihkan & disiat kulit (jgn buang sbb akan dicampur dgn isi) dan dibersihkan, dibelah dua..kemudian dia potong dua.
