Untuk dadih, masukkan susu cair,air, gula dan dadih gaul sehingga sebati dgn api yg perlahan. Tak perlu sampai mendidih.
Untuk custard, masukkan susu full cream, tepung jagung, tepung custard Macau sebati dgn api perlahan.
