Satukan baking powder, tepung gandum & serbuk koko & ayak. Ketepikan.
Putar mentega & gula perang halus hingga gebu. Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu & putar rata.

Ambil lebih kurang 1/2 sudu besar adunan, bulatkan & susun di atas loyang. Tekan dengan garpu sedikit.

Bakar dalam oven selama 20-25 minit dengan suhu 175 darjah celcius. Sejukkan biskut di atas jaring sebelum susun ke dalam bekas. Siap!
