Ingredients

5 biji - hiris shitake mushroom
3 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 keping - hiris dada ayam
1 peket - potong lebar tofu jepun
1/2 batang - hiris halus lobak merah
100 gram - hiris rebung
2 biji - hiris cili merah
1 pokok - kerat pendek daun bawang
Bahan Sos:
2 sudu besar pes cili sichuan
1 sudu kecil kicap manis
1 sudu kecil gula
1 biji kiub pati ayam
1 cawan air
1 sudu besar tepung jagung

Instructions

Tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau, masukkan ayam, tofu jepun, lobak merah, rebung & cendawan. Kacau sekejap.
