Tips

1. Guna jering yang tidak terlalu tua.

2. Menu ni sedap bila masak kering. Lepas masukkan jering, guna api perlahan untuk keringkan masakan.

3. Dijadikan sebagai pencicah bersama pulut @ roti pun sedap.

Ingredients

1 mangkuk jering (dihiris & rebus)
1 mangkuk ikan bilis (cuci & toskan)
3 sb cili kisar
2 biji bawang besar (kisar)
2 biji bawang merah (hiris)
3 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
1 inci belacan (bakar & hancurkan)
2 sb air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan yang telah dikisar tadi sehingga naik bau.
