3-4 tbspn | oatmeal |
1 cup | milk |
2 handfulls | spinach (clean and cut) |
2 cloves | garlic |
2-3 tbspn | salted butter (melted) |
Garnish (optional) | sweet pickled vege (minced) |
To taste | salt |
Boil milk and cook oat as per usual. Adjust the consistency according to your preference.
Set the oat aside once cooked.

Sauteé garlic with some olive oil.

Once fragrant, add in the spinach and fry till wilted.
