Tips

Selalunya kalau masak ada bahan sos, saya jarang perasakan garam & gula since kebanyakan sos dah ada perasa.

Ingredients

1 keping - potong kiub dada ayam
3 ulas - cincang bawang putih
1/4 cawan kacang pis
1/2 batang - potong baji lobak merah
1 cawan - belah 2 cendawan butang
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Perap:
1 biji putih telur
Secukup rasa lada sulah & garam
Bahan Sos Putih:
1/4 cawan air rebusan ayam
1 camca besar kicap cair
1/4 camca kecil minyak bijan
1/2 camca besar gula
Secukup rasa lada sulah
1 camca besar cuka
1 camca kecil tepung jagung

Perap ayam bersama bahan perap selama 30 minit.

Tumis bawang putih hingga kekuningan & naik bau, masukkan kacang pis & lobak merah, gaul & masak hingga empuk.

Masukkan cendawan, gaul rata. Tambah ayam tadi, gaul rata & masukkan bahan sos putih tadi. Kacau perlahan & biar mendidih hingga ayam masak.
