Dalam 1 bekas. Satukan tepung sponge mix, telur dan air. Putarkan kelajuan perlahan selama 3min.
Kemudian masukkan ovellate, teruskan memutar dgn menambah kelajuan selama 10min. Sehingga adunan kembang dan berwarna putih.
