10 biji - belah 2 belimbing buluh
3 biji - perah jus limau kasturi
1 kotak + 1 kotak air santan
2 batang - ketuk serai
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Tumbuk:
30 biji cili padi
2 inci kunyit hidup

Masukkan bahan tumbuk, serai & santan ke dalam periuk & biarkan mendidih.
