#lebihkan gula melaka utk rasa yg lemak2 manis

Ingredients

1/2 kg→cuci bersih ikan cermin/merah/kerisi/selar
1/2 bj→hiris nenas
3 ulas→tumbuk bwg merah
2 ulas→tumbuk bwg putih
1 inci→tumbuk halia
1 inci→ tumbuk lengkuas
1/2 sudu kecil→tumbuk lada hitam
1/2 sudu kecil→tumbuk ketumbar
1 sudu besar→gaul skali dgn bahan tumbuk cili boh
1/4 keping gula melaka
Secubit belacan
Secukup rasa ya gula,garam

Didihkan air dalam periuk. (pandai2 la agak banyak mana utk djadikan kuah)
