3. Biarkan tumisan kering barulah masukkan kway teow untuk mengelakkan kway teow lembik.

Sebungkus kway teow
1 mangkuk taugeh
Segenggam udang kecil
10 biji fishball dihiris
1 keping fishcake dihiris
1 biji telur
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tiram
3 sudu besar kicap
1/2 sudu besar cuka
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
5 tangkai cili kering direbus
3 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
