2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil soda bicarbonate
1 sudu kecil baking powder
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
2 biji telur
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan minyak
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
2 sudu besar pewarna merah
1 sudu kecil garam
1/2 cawan air panas
Buttermilk
1 cawan susu cair
1 susu besar cuka makan
Satukan 2 Bahan Ini Dan Biarkan Selama 10Min.
Topping Cream Cheese
250gm cream cheese
1/2 cawan susu pekat
3 sudu besar susu cair
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
Kacau Semua Bahan Hingga Kembang & Lembut.

Pukul telur & gula hingga kembang. Masukkan minyak, buttermilk, pewarna merah, garam & esen vanila. Kacau sebati.
