Sebatang timun
Setengah biji lada benggala
2 biji tomato
Setengah biji bawang besar
1 sudu teh lada hitam (kisar)
2 biji cili api
Setengah genggam daun ketumbar (gunting kasar)
Secukup rasa garam
1 sudu besar minyak zaitun
1 sudu besar perahan lemon
