Pavlova saya seperti terlalu rapuh dan sukar di pisahkan dari baking paper. Kenapa ya? But yet still can covered up with whipping cream all stuff on it. Marvelous!

Biasanya kalau melekat dibaking paper tu castor sugar tak hancur sepenuhnya.. Masih lg ada yg rasa 'berpasir' bila sentuh dengan jari.. Tak apa cuba lagi ye.. Pastikan gula betul2 hancur dan putih telur kelihatan berkilat..

Ouh.. Mcm tu ya.. Sbb time saya buat saya cuma blend gula biasa.. Bagi halus.. Maybe putar x ckup lama agaknya. Tq hot mama ;)
