Tips

1. Goreng dalam minyak panas menggunakan api sederhana. Apabila cucur dah masak buka api kuat supaya cucur rangup diluar.
2. Masukkan serbuk kunyit jika suka cucur berwarna kuning. (Saya goreng guna minyak gorengan ikan sbb tu kuning diluar)
3. Jika adunan tepung cair tambah tepung, jika terlalu liat tambahkan air.

Ingredients

3 cawan tepung gandum
2 sk baking powder
2 sb gula
2 sk garam
1 cawan air kisaran kepala & ekor udang
Segenggam kucai
Segenggam udang kecil

Asingkan kepala & ekor udang. Kisar kepala & ekor bersama 1 cawan air. Tapiskan.
