Here's a simple, easy recipe if you happen to have bread in your pantry that is nearing the expiration date. I hate to let it go into waste, so I tried this recipe which was inspired by a friend. Only 3 ingredients required and it made a nice snack for the whole family!

Melt the cooking chocolate using a double boiler technique over a slow fire.

8 slices bread
1 bar cooking chocolate
2 cups oat

Cut the bread into small pieces & arrange it on a baking tray.
