Tips

* Pastikan adunan jgn terlalu cair dan jgn terlalu pekat

*Campuran yis terlalu byk akan buatkan apam berbau masam

*Cucuk apam dgn lidi, jika tak melekat apam tu dah betul betul masak

*Balut penutup pengukus utk elakkan permukaan apam mengerutu

*Pasang api sederhana sahaja semasa mengukus utk mengelakkan permukaan merekah
