Tips

1. Isi kupang digaul dengan serbuk kunyit & digoreng dengan minyak yang sedikit untuk menghasilkan kupang yang garing.

Ingredients

4 tangkai - kerat pendek kacang panjang
3 kelopak - hiris kobis bulat
2 keping - potong dadu, goreng tauhu
3 keping - potong dadu, goreng tempe
500 gram - rebus, tos, ambil isi kupang
3 tangkai - kerat pendek, rendam cili kering
1 peket - kerat pendek, rendam fucuk kering + sohoon
5 biji - hiris bawang merah
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 camca besar sos tiram
2 camca besar kicap manis
Secukup rasa garam
3 camca besar air
