Tips


Don't dip the bread into the egg. This will make it absorbs oil during frying.

1 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu besar/lebih jika suka pedas cili kering kisar/cili boh
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa gula
3 sudu besar minyak untuk menumis
Secukupnya minyak untuk menggoreng
1 buku roti gardenia
1 biji telur
