Simple Delicious Carbonara Sauce

Im craving for carbonara spagethi today!!!! But im very lazy to go out and get the prego carbonara sauce.so i choose to do my own homemade carbonara sauce with my minimal cooking skill i managed to make this carbonara with my own recipe.simple and yet very easy!it only took about 10-20minutes and you just can get all the things in your own kitchen. LETS MASAK!

Tips

#You may put some pepper and oregano to make it more delicious and have some herbs taste.
#The warm water to be put is depending on the concentration you want.
#you may also add some more milk instead of too much warm water.
#you may put the mozarella cheese as the topping.

Ingredients

200gram spagethi
1 shallot chopped shallot
1 garlic chopped garlic
2 spoon butter
100gram chopped chicken
2 sliced sausages or beacon
1 spoon plain flour
100ml milk
2-3 cups warm water
1 chicken cube
1 egg yolk

Boil the spagethi about 7-9 minutes

In non stick pan put the butter and sauteing (tumis) the garlics and shallots until turn to yellowish then putnthe chicken and stir together

After the chicken cooked, put the plain flour and keep stiring till the mixture turn to brownish

Then put the milk&warm water and keep stiring the mixture.

When the mixture boiling you may put the
*beacon/sausages
*chicken cube
*egg yolk
*some pepper
*some oregano
And keep stiring till all the ingredients mixed up.
