bila dh masukkan kcg pnjang tuh..tak payah goreng lama sangat ye..just kacau2 nampak dia sparuh empuk trus tutup api..barulah krup krap! masa mkn nnti

Ingredients

4 btg (potong serong) kacang panjang
1 bj (potong dadu) bawang besar
2 ulas (hiris btg mancis) bwg putih
1 biji telur
1 sudu besar kicap
Secubit belacan
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali. Goreng telur kacau2 supaya ia hancur. Angkat, ketepikan.
