asyik buat sayur air sahaja petola ni. Jom kita goreng dia! Saya suka hidangan ni sbb ada rasa manis2 daripada petola tu sendiri.

Boleh juga masukkan secubit belacan untuk rasa yg lebih lazat.

Ingredients

1 bj petola (kikis kulit yg keras,potong serong)
2 ulas bwg merah (tumbuk)
3 ulas bwg putih (tumbuk)
1 sudu besar ikan bilis (tumbuk)
1 bj setiap satu bwg besar, lada besar (hiris)
1 bj telur
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu kecil kicap
1 cwn air
Secukupnya garam gula

Panaskan sedikit minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bahan2 yg ditumbuk hingga naik bau.
