Ada yang masak sambal goreng letak sedikit santan. kalau ingin cuba, letak dalam 1 camca besar santan sahaja.

Ingredients

2 keping - potong serong, goreng tempe
2 keping - potong kiub, goreng tauhu
1 peket - kerat pendek, rendam fucuk kering + sohoon
1 genggam - rendam, tumbuk ikan bilis
2 camca besar cili kisar
1 camca kecil + air pes asam jawa
4 camca besar kicap manis
1 camca besar sos tiram
5 biji - hiris bawang merah
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 biji - hiris cili merah
1 biji - hiris cili hijau
