Boleh masukkan hirisan daun kunyit untuk lebuh wangi.

Ingredients

Seekor ikan lampam
5 tangkai cili padi
1/2 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
2 cm kunyit hidup
Sejemput ikan bilis
1 batang serai diketuk
1 keping asam keping
3/4 cawan santan pekat
Secukup rasa garam & gula
