2 batang terung panjang (size sederhana)
Sejemput ikan bilis
1 keping asam keping
3 tangkai cili kering direbus
1/2 ulas bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Belah 2 buah terung & potong menyerong. Goreng sebentar supaya layu. Angkat & toskan minyak.
