Panaskan periuk & masukkan 1 cawan gula pasir. Ratakan gula dlm periuk. Guna api perlahan. Biarkan gula cair & perang, masukkan 1 cawan lagi gula.
Biarkan gula cair dgn sendiri, tak perlu dikacau, cuma lenggang2 periuk. Ubah kedudukan periuk atas api untuk mengelak gula hangit.
