Tips

1. Kalau nak into spicy boleh tambah cili kisar.
2. Daging cincang boleh tukar dengan ayam cincang terpulang pads kesukaan masing².

Ingredients

6 biji (size kecil) kentang
2 sudu besar susu full cream
1 sudu besar butter
1 biji telur kuning
1 sudu kecil lada sulah
1 sudu kecil blackpepper
Bahan Inti
2 sudu besar cili kisar (cili kering + bawang besar + bawang putih)
1/2 tin sos prego tomato
1/2 biji (dicincang) bawang holland
3 ulas (dicincang) bawang putih
100g daging cincang
1/2 batang (potong dadu) carrot

Instructions

Tumiskan bawang Holland dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau. Masukkan cili kisar kacaukan Dan biar masak sekejap.
